This site is run by one person. Write about anything on it — a PDF that comes out wrong, a total that does not match what you expected, or a field your clients need that the form does not have.
A PDF that comes out wrong
The document is built in your browser, so the same draft can render differently on another machine. A report is easiest to act on when it says:
- Which document — invoice, estimate or statement — and what is wrong: text running off the page, a missing line, a font that did not come through, or a blank download.
- The browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer. PDF generation and the download step behave differently in Safari on iOS than anywhere else, and that is where most layout reports come from.
- What you expected a number to be. For a total, say the line amounts, the tax rate and whether tax should apply per line or to the subtotal — that is usually where two tools disagree.
Do not paste a real client's name, address or account number into the message. A description, or a draft with the details replaced, is enough to reproduce a layout problem.
What happens to a report
Layout problems are reproduced in the browser you name before anything changes, because a fix aimed at the wrong renderer breaks the others. Totals are checked against the arithmetic the page documents, and if the documentation is what is wrong, that gets corrected too. A change is not made on the strength of one report alone.
What this tool is not
The documents here are ordinary commercial invoices. In Korea a 세금계산서 is issued through the National Tax Service and this is not that, so a message asking for tax-authority filing is one we cannot answer. Questions about what a document should contain are better put to an accountant than to this form.
What happens to your message
The form is relayed by Web3Forms to the operator's inbox. Your email address is used to reply and nothing else — there is no mailing list, and it is not passed on. The privacy policy has the detail.
